Shipping

We offer $4.95 flat rate shipping on orders under $49.95, using shipper of our choice. Orders $49.95 and up qualify for free shipping, again using shipper of our choice.

Orders ship within 24-36 hours, but can ship sooner. Please plan your purchases accordingly as we do not offer an express shipping option. 

We ship orders only within the contiguous 48 United States.

Order Acceptance Policy

Crafter's Vinyl Store reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Receipt of an order does not constitute an agreement to accept the order. Declined orders will result in refund back to customer using original payment method.

Address Errors

Accuracy of the shipping address is the customer’s responsibility. If an order is shipped to the wrong address, the customer will be responsible for all included shipping charges. Please review all address entries carefully.

Returns Policy

All returns must be pre-authorized by Crafter's Vinyl Store. A refund or credit for defective material will be issued upon receipt, once found to be defective.

Returned goods for any reason other than defective may incur a 25% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned goods. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges on defective material, but will be refunded shipping charges once the material is found to be defective. Materials sold by the yard or that have been used may not be returned.
